If the computer you installed Orchids Plus on does not have access to the Internet, you can create a support ticket or email us at support@aos.org for a special license code.


You MUST include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address (the email address associated with your AOS account)
  • Your phone number
  • Your machine code (simply copy and paste this from the Orchids Plus license activation screen.)


Once we have this information, we can email your license code to you. You can save the license code on a USB flash drive for instance and access it from your offline computer. Simply paste the license code into the Orchids Plus activation screen and press "Activate Now".


Manual license codes are too long to provide over the phone. If you do not have access to email, we may be able to arrange mailing a USB flash drive with your code on it. At present, we feel this would be an extremely rare case. There may be a media, shipping and handling fee for this service if we end up providing it. We discussed it, but felt it would be a very rare case. However, if you have a true need, contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
