Welcome to our help desk which went live in early May 2014.


The help desk is our centralized solution for providing answers and assistance for American Orchid Society members and Orchids Plus subscribers.


Our goal is to provide answers to common questions so that help is only a click away.


You can also send us your questions or support requests through the help desk by creating a "New support ticket" or emailing us at support@aos.org


The help desk allows our staff to see which questions or support requests have not yet been answered and to get back to you more promptly.


We created the help desk with the launch of the Orchids Plus software, so many of the initial answers are focused on Orchids Plus, but we intend to add several more categories and a lot more answers as rapidly as possible.
