Orchids Plus DVDs were mailed out with the final AQ Plus DVDs in mid-April 2014.

To use Orchids Plus, you will need to either evaluate or activate the software. All current subscribers have a serial number which can be used to activate the software. The DVD will also allow you to evaluate the software for 15-days with the click of a button. Please note that evaluations are time and feature limited.

You can obtain the Orchids Plus Installation DVD in four ways:

1. When you create/renew your membership, there is an option to include Orchids Plus

Make sure to indicate that you would like a physical DVD mailed to you in the "Special Instructions" sections. Please note that there is a 1-2 week processing time on mailing DVDs. If you are located outside of the US, we will need to charge shipping due to recent USPS changes.

See - http://www.aos.org/store/RegisterRenew.aspx

2. You can subscribe to Orchids Plus separately (whether you have an existing membership or not) from the online store.

Make sure to indicate that you would like a physical DVD mailed to you in the "Special Instructions" sections. Please note that there is a 1-2 week processing time on mailing DVDs. If you are located outside of the US, we will need to charge shipping due to recent USPS changes.

3. If you would like to evaluate Orchids Plus with a 15-day feature-limited trial, you have two options:

A. You can order the DVD for a small fee (we will be adding a link here for this shortly.) For now, you can create a support ticket if you want this option and we will get the details to you.

You can create a support ticket
using the "New Support Ticket" link above, or just email support@aos.org

B. You can check with your local center to see if they have a copy of the Orchids Plus Installation DVD

4. We have a download option as well.

Orchids Plus is a very large file at over 3 gigabytes. This can take a few hours to download with a high-speed Internet connection. The file is known as an ISO file (it is like a DVD but without a physical disk.)

To use an ISO file, you have to "mount" it. This is automatic in Windows 8 and 10. But if you have Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, you would need additional software. There are free programs available that allow you to mount an ISO file. Keep in mind that we do NOT provide support for any such third-party software. If you do not know how to mount an ISO file, we recommend against this option.

To request a download link, email support@aos.org and let us know you want the download link and that you have the ability to mount an ISO file.
